CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL / DESIGN VISUALIZATIONS

Let the creek
flow through daily life.

A tight site between the mountain and the creek created both the central challenge and the defining opportunity for Creekside Residence: nestling the home close to the water while responding to the steep terrain and floodplain requirements.

The design concept centers on allowing the sound of the creek to flow through the house. Living spaces and outdoor terraces are arranged to invite that presence into everyday life, creating opportunities to enjoy the mountain setting from inside and out.

Layered decks, generous glazing, and a bridge approach reinforce the connection to the creek. The home’s placement and elevations are designed around floodplain requirements, balancing proximity to the water with the constraints of the site. These SketchUp design visualizations show that relationship from multiple viewpoints.
